the cop (small town, North MS) was convinced he was going to find drugs on me, pulled me over strictly because of what I was driving (anything other than a rusted out '72 ford p/u stood out in this town!) when he didn't find anything, he picked wreckless driving out of thin air - went to court over it, it was a railroad!). It was equiv to a DUI and he got a commission on tickets, so naturally he picked a good offense. Used an attny that was a friend of the family - mistake #2 (#1 was going through that town). It is the only ticket ever to go on my driving record. Fortunately it is long gone! I know this is getting long, but a little humor for the bored, I was heading to meet my g/f's parents from college (200+ miles from home) for the first time. I had to call them to come get me out of jail! "Hello", "Mrs. -----, this is your daughters b/f." "HELP!!!!!!!!!"
